According to the proposal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs establishes an electronic platform that allows citizens residing abroad to register their personal data and any other information that the ministry considers necessary, and every citizen residing abroad is committed to registering his data and personal information fully through the electronic platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or through its diplomatic missions, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of his departure from the Kingdom, and every citizen residing abroad is committed to updating his personal data via The electronic platform of the Ministry, or through its diplomatic missions in the event of any change in that data. The Minister of Foreign Affairs issues the necessary decisions to determine the quality of the required data on the electronic platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the mechanism of its modernization.
