The government has referred to the House of Representatives a government law to amend Article 12 of Decree Law No. 14 of 1973 regarding the regulation of advertisements.
The draft law referred to aims to create a legislative bond that allows government agencies to invest vacant sites in public buildings or parts of buildings designated for public services, by exploiting them as marketing advertising spaces, to benefit from these sites and develop financial revenues, in accordance with the controls and conditions determined by a decision of the minister.
