The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning offered a tender for the settlement and infrastructure work for 138 residential plots in the Busaetin, complex 231. The Urban Planning and Development Authority has announced the start of the implementation of the infrastructure work mechanism in the main division plans as of February 16, 2025, in implementation of the decision of the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning No. 788 of 2024 regarding amending the executive regulations of Decree Law No. 3 of 1994 regarding the division of land equipment And development. This decision was aimed at developing infrastructure work and enhancing partnership between the public and private sectors; What will contribute to creating an attractive environment for investment by providing division plans equipped with an integrated infrastructure, which will reflect positively on the real estate market. The implementation of Ministerial Resolution No. 788 of 2024 comes within a comprehensive vision aimed at promoting sustainable development through the partnership of the governmental and private sectors in order to provide an integrated environment that serves all groups of society. It should be noted that the implementation of the infrastructure includes the delivery of water and electricity, sanitation networks, and internal roads, in addition to providing other facilities necessary to ensure the quality of life in all regions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
