Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, said that the new Mallawi City Development Authority launched an enlarged campaign that resulted in the implementation of 8 decisions to remove infringements and recover about 93 acres inside the new city of Mallawi, in cooperation with the police.

Al -Sherbiny added that housing projects are being completed “Paradise – Housing for all Egyptians”, and the first stage services area in the new city of Mallawi, which includes a basic education school with a capacity of 42 classes and custody, a health unit and a commercial mall, and other services, along with facilities projects with distinctive lands.
Eng. Ahmed Mustafa Mohamed, head of the new Minya City Authority and supervisor of the new Mallawi City Authority, explained that the land has been received free from encroachments and works, and the rest of the decisions are being implemented in the next stage, in cooperation with the competent police.
In addition, Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced the reopening of receiving requests for reconciliation of the situation for the customers of the green belt in the city of October 6, for a month from the date of the announcement, in response to the New Urban Communities Authority for requests submitted by citizens.
