Bahraini Hajj campaigns confirmed that they are carrying out the final arrangements to leave the pilgrims from the Kingdom of Bahrain, and that work is underway to issue a boarding card for the plane and complete all other procedures for transporting the luggage and arranging transportation, and indicated that its cadres are ready to receive the guests of Rahman and serve them, and they indicated that the Hajj mission facilitated the progress of work through its cooperation and smoothness in the decisions, and its coverage of all aspects of the requirements Mission and systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suhaib Al -Roumi campaign for Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Suhaib Sharif, that the campaign has completed, thank God Almighty, all its basic preparations in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, indicating that the work is going within an accurate institutional operational plan, which is transferred smoothly between the executive stages according to a clear timetable, and with the participation of highly efficient specialized work teams.
He explained that the campaign depends on national cadres with experience in multiple fields that include management, guidance, safety, and operational services, stressing that all teams work in harmony and tight coordination within an integrated system whose first goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the guests of Rahman.
Dr. Suhaib Sharif: We have ended the stage of full preparation for multiple housing sites in terms of technical preparation, furnishing and receiving hotels, and we are currently entering into the stage of verification of readiness and completing the final touches, as well as distributing the workforce in their field locations according to jurisdiction, in preparation for the start of receiving pilgrims. He pointed out that the Sahib Al -Roumi campaign is managed according to an advanced institutional model, based on a clear organizational structure, distribution of cadres according to specialization, and applying accurate criteria for evaluation, in addition to the presence of effective work policies, which ensures the quality of services and the continuity of development.
He pointed out that this shift in the managing and employment style reflects the efficiency of the Bahraini national cadres, which have proven their ability to provide a leading model in the service of pilgrims, noting that the Bahraini campaigns are now the subject of guidance and attention by the Gulf states and the region, because of its tight organization and professional field performance, with the testimony of many officials in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, representatives of Gulf and Arab campaigns, and everyone who interacted with the efforts of Bahraini teams in the field.
For his part, the official of the Fajr campaign for Hajj and Umrah, Adel Boualneq, confirmed that all the equipment related to the campaign pilgrims has been completed, and their bags were received and sent in righteousness, and said that the administrator is ready to receive the pilgrims. He added that the “halls” were equipped for the guests of Rahman in Mishairi Mina and Arafat, noting that the places of receiving pilgrims in the two hairs were established from “gypsum board” instead of tents to ensure more comfort for the pilgrims, with the possibility of allocating toilets for campaigns on demand, where the campaign will receive the direction of the starting point in “the journey of lovers for the guests of Beit Rahman” on the first of June.
For his part, the Chairman of the Seasons Campaign for Hajj, Umrah and Tourism, Jassim Apple, said that the campaign is making the final arrangements to leave its pilgrims from Bahrain, from issuing the boarding card to the plane, and receiving their gifts from travel bags with special gifts. He added that the campaign is conducting daily meetings by applying “zoom” to prepare pilgrims psychologically and legally to perform the rituals of Hajj, and that leaving the pilgrims to the house of God will be on Sunday, June 1, corresponding to 5 of Dhu al -Hijjah.
Apple said that the administrative staff will be waiting for the pilgrims a week before their arrival, in order to receive them and supervise the services that will be provided to them, and to facilitate their movement’s matters in the blessed Bekaa, stressing that all matters are going to facilitate the pilgrims’ journey and their performance of rituals with all comfort.
In turn, the media committee employee said in the campaign of Ajyad Abdul Rahman Qaidi that all the organizational procedures have been completed with the mission to register all pilgrims, and that work is underway to issue the plane’s entry cards for the campaign pilgrims, and “Tiller” was provided to transfer the pilgrims ’luggage smoothly and easily. And that the cadres in their first batch reached the blessed lands, where they started upon their arrival in the arrival and organizational matters to receive the honorable pilgrims of God, and provide all facilities and empty the pilgrim to worship, and explained that the second batch of cadres will leave with the pilgrims on the second of June.
