- The price of a gram of 21 carat gold: 4625 pounds.

- The price of 14 -carat gold: 3083.25 pounds.
- Gold pound price: 37,000 pounds.

Gold prices globally
In a separate context, gold prices approached its lowest level in more than a week yesterday, Thursday, after a US federal court prevented the entry of “Liberation Day” fees imposed by President Donald Trump into effect, which reduced the demand for the metal, which is a safe haven, while the pressure was increased due to the rise in the dollar.
Gold in instant transactions decreased 0.7% to $ 3268 an ounce after it has touched its lowest levels since May 20, and US gold futures decreased 0.1% to $ 3265, quoting Reuters.
On Wednesday, a US commercial court suspended the application of the customs duties imposed by Trump, and ruled that the president had overcome his authority by imposing comprehensive fees on imports from countries that have a trade surplus with the United States.
