Thus, GFH becomes the first investment bank in the region to launch a smart investment assistant that works fullly, allowing users to manage their investments quite easily by speaking to the application only.
This initiative comes within the framework of the PFH Plain to adopt the latest financial technologies and the application of the highest safety standards in the sector, with the aim of providing a smooth and safe investment experience for customers, starting from the registration and opening of the account, to directly to the investment portfolio management. The developed smart assistant relies on Openai technologies, to provide intelligent and interactive and easy -to -use experience, providing an integrated digital investment experience across one platform.
The launch of the smart assistant with its developed technologies comes as an affirmation of the continuous digital transformation strategy pursued by the group, which enhances its position as one of the most prominent investment banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The group recently won two prominent awards at the region level in appreciation of its leadership in the field of digital banking services and financial technology solutions.

The developed smart assistant is now available through the updated version of the GFH Investment application, which can be downloaded from the App Store or “Google Play” application store, which is available to all citizens and residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
