The men of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Desouk Police Station in Kafr El -Sheikh Governorate, in coordination with the Public Security Sector, managed to arrest a fugitive from the death sentence in the incidents of a murder case witnessed by Izbat Sheta in the village of Sinhur Al -Madinah in the Desouk Center last year and the sentence was sentenced last March to death for the fugitive accused and his siblings.
The beginning was that information was provided to Major Fouad Al -Fiqi, head of the Desouk Police Station Investigation, stating that the so -called “Hassan H.H.S.” is fugitive from the death sentence, in the Khusous Center in Qalyubia Governorate, against the background of his accusation in a murder case with his brothers and his father in the month of July 2024 in Izbat Sheta of the Desouk Center, where the presentation was made to Major General Khairi Nassar, Director of Criminal Investigation Directorate in Kafr Security Directorate The sheikh, to be formed a security campaign to arrest the accused.
The necessary legal measures were taken against the arrest of the fugitive accused from the death sentence, in preparation for his presentation to the Public Prosecution to take the procedures for his trial before the Fu Futum Criminal Court, where he previously sentenced his siblings to death in the killing of a young man due to a dispute over the cultivation of a Jafiya tree.
