The Parliamentary National Defense, Defense and Security Committee recommended that the Shura Council amendments be approved on a draft law that criminalizes the violation of the freedom of private and family life for individuals, and the penalties that it contains “imprisonment and a fine of no less than five hundred dinars and not exceeding one thousand dinars or one of these two penalties who violated the sanctity of private or family life for individuals, by committing acts in other than the legal or unauthorized cases. Among these actions according to the draft law:
1- Hearing or embezzlement in any means to a private place. Correct.
If the actions referred to in the above items are committed (1, 2 and 3) during a meeting on the hearing and view of the concerned parties at that meeting, then the consent of these is supposed.
It is punished with imprisonment and a fine of no less than a thousand dinars, and not exceeding three thousand dinars, if the actions referred to in the first paragraph of this article are associated with any of the following: 1- Publishing in one of the methods of publicity or in any means.
If the previous two circumstances in the crime meet, the penalty will be imprisonment for a period that does not exceed five years, and a fine of no less than three thousand dinars, and does not exceed five thousand dinars.
It is not permissible to file the lawsuit or take the procedures for the initial investigation of the crimes stipulated in this article except based on a complaint from the victim, or his own male, or who has the state to him, or one of his heirs -according to the circumstances -and if the interest of the victim contradicts him with the interest of the state who has the state on him or has no guardian and the authority of his investigation.
If the judge is sentenced to convicts the confiscation of the means used in the commission of the crime, without prejudice to the security rights that are good for the good.
It is also punished with imprisonment and a fine of no less than five hundred dinars and not exceeding a thousand dinars, or by one of these two penalties.
The perpetrator shall be punished with imprisonment and a fine of no less than two thousand dinars and not exceeding five thousand dinars or one of these two penalties if the message, lightning, or TV conversation is scattered for others who directed him and without his permission, whenever that would harm others ».
