Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, the governor of Beni Suef, continued the work of the medical convoys of medical convoys implemented by the Ministry of Health in the governorate, through the Ministry of therapeutic convoys in the Ministry and in cooperation with the Health Directorate, with the aim of supporting the level of medical services provided in villages and the most needy areas, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership within the presidential initiative is a decent life to provide health care for the first categories of care.
Multi -disciplinary medical convoy
This came during his discussion of a report prepared by Dr. Samah Jad, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, regarding the medical convoy that was carried out throughout Wednesday and Thursday 14 and 15 May 2025 in the village of Deir of the Ihnasia Center, which included 10 clinics in 9 specialties: intercourse, children, surgery, women, leather, family planning, bones, ophthalmology, and teeth.
The convoy witnessed the signing of the medical examination of 1259 citizens, and the disbursement of treatment for them for free, in addition to the implementation of 161 blood analysis, 40 parasitic analysis, 9 ordinary rays, 54 cases of ultrasound, as well as transferring one case to the hospital to complete the treatment, and 4 other cases of medical reports for treatment at the expense of the state.
The convoy also included the implementation of seminars for health education, which benefited 160 citizens, and dealt with various topics including: Corona virus prevention, pregnancy follow -up, family planning, breast cancer, proper nutrition, misuse of drugs, breastfeeding, and physiological changes for women after menopause.
The convoy also included conducting early detection tests for pressure and sugar diseases of 304 citizens, bringing the total medical services provided by the convoy to 3816 services.
It is worth noting that these convoys are of qualitative support from the Ministry of Health, and they are implemented under the supervision of a distinguished team from the Directorate of Health in Beni Suef, led by Dr. Yasser Khairy Coordinator of the Caravan, Dr. Mohamed Khalaf, the medical supply official, Taha Kamal Hajjaj, the financial and administrative official, Eid Faraj, the information official, and Ahmed Ajami, the official of preparing clinics.
