The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the start of electronic registration to apply for the first primary grade in official schools, and the kindergarten stage in official and official schools, during the period from June 1 to June 30, 2025, through the electronic application allocated to that on the portal of the Ministry of Education Information Center Emis.gov.eg.
This comes to alleviate the burden on parents, and in preparation for the new academic year 2025-26, and in the interest of the ministry to complete what has been implemented during the previous years of establishing a unified electronic platform at the level of the Republic for all governorates, parents can apply electronically to their children, to join the first primary in official schools, as well as applying electronically to join the first grade of the Riyadh stage Children for official and official schools languages.
The Ministry stressed that the age of applying for the first primary grade is not less than 6 years and not more than 9 years, while the age of child progress is not less than 4 years, and students are coordinated through educational directorates in each governorate according to the densities and the circumstances of each directorate, according to Ministerial Resolution No. 154 of 1989 regarding enrollment in the ministry’s schools.

The Ministry also clarified that immediately after the child’s guardian’s progress in the first primary grade, the child’s data is available to all the payment ports to pay the prescribed academic expenses, and the guardian can follow up the result of the initial admission through the same website, and after announcing the result, the school can be directed to deliver the acceptable paper file to the admitted student and follow up on his delivery position to the school for final acceptance, after reviewing the paper file and making sure that it meets.
In the event that the guardian is unable to registration, the school can help him, so that the information unit official registered the student’s desire electronically after reviewing the birth certificate and the national number card of the guardian, and in the case of the educational mandate, the judicial ruling is reviewed.
With regard to expatriate students, the guardian submits enrollment papers for the educational administration, where the competent authority reviews the documents, then schools are notified of admitted students, and school principals must register their data on the central database.
