Dubai: “The Gulf”, Dubai Humanitarian and the General Directorate of Civil Protection Operations and European Humanitarian Aid, has signed a new administrative ranking to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the fields of supply, readiness and response to emergency humanitarian crises.
