The first southern representative of the municipal member Abdullah Darraj called for the maintenance and rehabilitation of wooden houses in Isa City at the 804 complex in the department. He said that there are no wooden houses in Bahrain at the present time, except for Isa City in this complex.
He stressed that the shelf life of wooden homes is from 25 to 30 years, while these houses are approximately 50 years, as these housing houses were delivered in 1978.
He explained that these houses suffer from the large number of insects in them, as the people have suffered from this problem for many years, noting that the houses are in urgent need of maintenance and rehabilitation as they are considered to be a fall, which poses a threat to the lives of those living in them.
The Municipal Council for the southern region supported the request and proposal of the representative of the first district.
