The Colombia Youth team arrived in Cairo to be the first team participating in Khufu International Championship Which starts in Egypt from June 2 to 10.
The Khufu International Championship is one of the most prominent friendly championships in the world, as it has an official accreditation by the FIFA, which enhances its importance as a strong preparation station for the teams that qualify for the U -20 World Cup scheduled for next September.
Participating major teams are: Brazil, the United States, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Iceland, and Norway, making it a mini version of the World Cup, and an exceptional opportunity for a high -level competitive experience between ambitious young teams.
Not only did the attendance be limited to the teams, but Cairo airport witnessed the arrival of a number of European clubs scouts, led by the Russian club SCCA, and the Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk Club, in search of emerging talents that may shine in the sky of global football soon.
