The Coast Guard Command, in cooperation and coordination with the Southern Governorate Police Directorate, organized an awareness campaign on Blage Algiers Beach.
This campaign comes in implementation of the principle of societal partnership with various institutions and members of civil society, and within the framework of the continued implementation of plans aimed at upgrading the awareness aspect related to public safety guidelines when going to coasts in all segments of society in order to preserve their safety, as the campaign included reviewing safety guidelines and correct behavior methods in seafar Swimming, and emphasizing the importance of wearing a survival jacket and following the weather conditions to avoid swimming in the areas of marine currents or when the winds are very fast.
The campaign also included the distribution of awareness brochures in several languages to the beach visitors, and the distribution of souvenirs.
