The Grand Celebration Hall at Cairo University, under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadiq, President of the University, witnessed a graduation ceremony for the 2024-2025 Faculty of Law, Sorbonne University in Cairo, in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Sameh Amr, Dean of the College, Dr. Tariq Sorour, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and the Egyptian Director of the Sorbonne Faculty of Cairo University, Dr. Stephen Prinah, Director of the Sorbonne Faculty of Cairo University, College agents, and a group of faculty members, And graduates and their families.

Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel -Sadiq, President of Cairo University, stressed the importance of the role played by the Faculty of Law in graduating generations of legal legal people to consolidate the values of justice, fairness and the rule of law, praising the academic cooperation between the Faculty of Law and the Sorbonne University where students are granted double certificates that include Egyptian and French bachelor’s degrees, in addition to the Master Master 1 degree from the Sorbonne University.

During his speech, Dr. Sameh Amr, Dean of the Faculty of Law, pointed out that more than 36 years have passed since the Law School Paris 1 – Sorbon, which reflects the depth of cooperation between Egypt and France, pointing out that French President Emmanuel Macron chose the dome of Cairo University to direct his speech to the youth during his official visit to Egypt, adding the graduates to complete the march of law and carry the banner of justice and defend the rights The rules of justice around the world.
For his part, Dr. Tariq Sorour, head of the Department of Criminal Law and the Egyptian Director of the Faculty of Rights of the Sorbonne at Cairo University, said that the study of the law is one of the specializations related to the humanitarian aspect of justice and right affairs, and the three authorities of the state “legislative, executive and judicial” depend on it, stressing that studying the law contributes to meeting the most important needs of state facilities from the judiciary, the public prosecutor, ministries, institutions and all entities that are subject to legal regulation, and that the law It is the basis of the system in the state and the basis of justice, freedom, truth, equality and life discipline in society.
For his part, Dr. Stephen Brenah, Director of the Sorbonne Rights College at Cairo University, expressed his happiness for his presence in this celebration to graduate a new batch of the college, pointing to the excellence of this batch and its enjoyment of many special features such as movement, automatic and flu Legal during the coming period.
