The Minister of Oil and Environment, the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Mohamed bin Dinah, during his speech at the Ninth World Health, Safety and Environment Exhibition, confirmed that the loss of three young men from the national cadres working in Babco Energy in a painful accident that occurred on the second of May this May constituted a milestone that reaffirmed the importance of strengthening the safety culture in the energy sector, considering that workers in this sector constitute one interconnected family, and that the loss of one of its members is similar to the loss of the brother Real.
Bin Dinah pointed out that the victims were among the competencies that contributed to achieving an accident free of accidents for millions of hours, and that what happened mentioned that the mistakes may occur despite the achievements, which necessitates the level of awareness, discipline and professional safety constantly.
He noted the great support provided by the Bahraini leadership, led by His Majesty the King, and the esteemed government, to the families of the victims, stressing that this humanitarian support also manifested in the sympathetic messages from sister countries, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by Aramco, which provided actual support that embodies the meanings of brotherhood and solidarity.
He stressed the importance of exchanging experiences and experiences in such forums, saying that what this sector needs is not only training and knowledge, but also sincere hearts, will, and mutual support between colleagues, noting that working in this field requires a coherent collective spirit.
The conference aims to enhance experiences, capabilities, capabilities and technologies to keep pace with the current challenges, and to adopt creative and distinguished ideas, systems and solutions to advance the shift in the future of health, safety and the environment.
