The Official Gazette published the decision of Mohamed Abdel -Latif, Minister of Technical Education, regarding the rules for enrolling students in Egyptian schools, their scholarships, and to enroll Egyptian students returning from abroad to Egyptian schools.
Article 1 decision
The text of the first article decision came as follows:
Egyptian students may be exempt from the nationality of one of the non -Arabic -speaking countries from studying subjects taught in Arabic – Arabic, religious education and national materials – and their exemption is limited as follows:
– Egyptian students are dual nationality of the nationality of one of the non -Arabic -speaking countries, who were residing in the country that holds its second nationality and studied in that country until the third grade of primary school, then they joined the study as soon as they came to the Arab Republic Each of these materials to 15 % of the maximum end in the following year is successful or remaining for re -re -end, and to 25 % of the bone end in the next year, successful or remaining for re -for re -exemption, the student is granted certified by the materials he studied.

In all cases, the exemption is based on the desire of the guardian at least a month before the examination date, and after submitting what is useful for his studies and passing the classes in that country in which he was studying and documenting this from the Egyptian consulate in that state.
