Al Salam Bank celebrates the graduation of Basma Mustafa from the executive program for the development of Bahraini women’s leaders

Al -Salam Bank is proud to graduate the employee Basma Mustafa from the Treasury and Financial Institutions, from the executive program for the development of Bahraini women’s leaders, the national initiative launched by Tamkeen in partnership with HEC Paris University.

The program aims to enhance the role of Bahraini women in leadership positions, by providing participations with advanced executive skills and strategic capabilities, in line with the Kingdom’s vision for sustainable development and empowerment.

On this occasion, Mona Al -Balushi, Head of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Al Salam Bank, said: “We are proud of the Bank of Peace to support our national competencies, especially women’s cadres that have proven their ability to excel in various leadership sites.

In the context of its continuous commitment to enabling women leaders, Al Salam Bank also announces the joining of two additional employees to the third batch of the program, namely Mrs. Dana Bushehab from the financial administration, and Salem’s share of the internal audit department, where they recently started the first stages of the executive program for the development of Bahraini women’s leaders.

This step embodies the bank’s keenness to consolidate the culture of empowerment and enhance women’s representation in leadership positions at the level of various departments.
