The International Sports Court also obligated the player to pay the amount of 1,000 Swiss Frank to the Ismaili Club, the value of legal costs for the court.
The player joined the club’s ranks, during the interim committee’s management, headed by Major General Abu Bakr Al -Hadidi, where she contracted with him on February 8, 2023, before ending the contract with him on the first of March 2023.
With this decision, the curtain falls on another issue from the set of cases that followed the club as a result of the unwilling decisions taken during this period.
Earlier, Eng. Nasr Abu Al -Hassan, President of the Ismaili Club, commented on the decision of the Clubs Association to cancel the decline this season.
Eng. Nasr Abu Al -Hassan, head of the Ismaili Club, said in television statements: The cancellation of the landing was not only taken because the Ismaili is threatened with landing, but because the last exceptional season revealed some of the negatives that affected the performance of the teams, including that the number of matches was limited and the teams had the full opportunity to prove their capabilities.
