The “Al -Shahham 3” operation continues its continuous efforts to dig rudimentary water wells, to secure the needs of the displaced in the camps in the southern Gaza Strip, in light of an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe witnessed by the sector, as a result of the collapse of the infrastructure and the stopping of water operating stations completely. This initiative comes at a critical time, as Gaza residents suffer a severe shortage of water, due to the closure of the crossings and the lack of fuel to operate the stations, which exacerbated the crisis in the crowded shelter centers amid very difficult living conditions. The “Al -Faris 3” operation seeks to provide urgent and sustainable solutions by digging wells, to alleviate the suffering of thousands of families.
