The first decision:
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the personal representative of His Majesty, the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment, Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Development of Dialogue Islands, Decision No. (7) of 2025, issued two members of representatives of the private sector in the Supreme Authority for the Development of Hawar Islands, which stated: After reviewing Decree No. (115) of 2024, the establishment of the Supreme Authority for the Development of Dialogue Islands, especially Article 1 of it, the following was decided:
Article 1:
The following appoint their names as representatives of the private sector in the Supreme Commission for the Development of the Hawar Islands:
1 – Mr. Ali Murad Murad as a member.
2 – Mrs. Fatima Bashar Al -Hassan as a member.
Article Two:
The concerned persons must implement the provisions of this decision and work with it from the date of its issuance.
The second decision:
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the personal representative of His Majesty, issued the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment, Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Development of Dialogue Islands, Resolution No. (8) of 2025, to establish and form the Executive Committee of the Supreme Authority for the Development of Hawar Islands, which stated: After reviewing Decree No. (115) of 2024, to establish the Supreme Authority for the Development of Dialogue Islands, especially Article 4 of it, the following decides:
Article 1: A committee called (the Executive Committee of the High Authority for the Development of Dialogue Islands) is established, and it is referred to in this decision with the word (committee).
Article Two: The committee shall be formed headed by Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the membership of each of:
1 – His Highness Sheikh Issa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa as a member.
2 – Sheikh Muhammad bin Sabah Al Khalifa as a member.
3 – Mr. Ali Murad Murad as a member.
4 – The Executive Vice President of the Urban Planning and Development Authority is a member.
5- The Executive Vice President of Resources and Projects of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority as a member.
6 – A representative of the Bahrain Defense Force a member.
7 – A representative of the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Adama) as a member.
8 – Secretary General of the Supreme Commission for the Development of Hawar Islands.
Article Three:
The committee specializes in studying all the issues referred to it by the Supreme Authority for the Development of Hawar Islands, preparing the necessary reports for that, and implementing the decisions and recommendations of the authority in coordination with government agencies in all matters related to the development of dialogue islands.
Article 4:
The concerned persons must implement the provisions of this decision and work with it from the date of its issuance.
