Lawyer Ihab Al -Mansouri submitted the victim’s defense in a case of extortion from his wife, accompanied by another person in exchange for paying a sum of money in Beni Suef, stabbing before the Court of Appeal of the ruling of the acquittal of the accused, who were charged with extortion and violating the sanctity of private life.

Lawyer Ihab Al -Mansouri, the victim’s defense to Cairo 24, said that his client decided to appeal the ruling and have new digital evidence and conversations documenting the facts of extortion, and prove that the photos and private clips were photographed without the victim’s knowledge, then sent to the second accused who used them to threaten my client and forced him to pay money.
Al -Mansouri explained that the issue is still a psychological and social burden on his client, especially after sending pictures to women from the family, in an attempt to pressure him and distort his reputation.
He pointed out that the appeal note will include a request to re -examine some technical evidence, and listen to witnesses that were not summoned during the lawsuit before the court of first degree.
Al -Mansouri concluded his remarks by saying: We trust that justice will take its course, and that the Court of Appeal will consider the severe damage to my clients, whether on a personal or prisoner.
