The local unit of the village of Nana, which is affiliated with the Center and City of Ihnasia in Beni Suef Governorate, carried out urgent repair work for a sudden break with the main drinking water line in Izbat Al -Dawar, which is affiliated with the village of Menhara, under the supervision of Ahmed Alaa, head of the center and city of Ihnasia.
This came within the framework of the directives of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, the governor of Beni Suef, to quickly respond to the communication of citizens and raise the efficiency of the infrastructure.

The local unit received a communication from the people stating that there was a severe water leakage as a result of a broken feeding fracture of the region, which caused poor water pumping and collecting quantities of water on the street, which prompted the unit officials to move immediately in coordination with the village water maintenance team.
The technicians and equipment needed for the fracture site were pushed, where the excavation and technical dealings took place with the affected line, taking care of the precautionary measures necessary to secure the circumference of the business and prevent any negative impact on the movement of passers -by or the residents of the region.
Efforts resulted in the completion of the fracture repair, the restart of the water line in record time, and the return of the service to normal without the need for long -term cuts of water.
The head of the center stressed that the emergency and maintenance teams continue to work around the clock to follow up the state of networks in all villages of the center, noting that improving drinking water and sanitation services occupies a top priority within the daily work plan for the local unit, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership to raise the level of living of citizens in the Egyptian countryside.
