According to the Saudi Press Agency “SPA”, this innovation depends on monitoring abnormal electrical activity and sending accurate electrical impulses to the affected areas, which contributes to relieving symptoms and reducing dependence on medications, enhancing the quality of patients ’life, and gives them more independence and health stability.
This advanced innovation enables patients to improve control of nervous symptoms, with the possibility of reducing the doses of medicines by up to 50 percent, which reduces their side effects, and enhances the quality of daily life, especially in people with Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy and movement disorders.
Artificial intelligence within the device contributes to the analysis of the brain signals immediately, to learn about the abnormal patterns in the activity of the brain, and it automatically responds by sending precise electrical impulses that restore the balance of nervous activity, which enables a more accurate and flexible treatment that adapts to the condition of each patient moment at a moment, without the need for continuous manual intervention from the medical team.
The impact of the device begins to appear during the first weeks of planting, but achieving the maximum benefit requires accurate calibration within a period ranging from one to three months, during which the electrical response is seized based on the actual brain signals recorded by the device.
