The village of Al -Qayyiyat, affiliated to the Adwah Center in Minya Governorate, witnessed a quarrel between a number of families, which resulted in the death of a person in the fourth decade of life, and the injury of a child, against the background of an argument that broke out between children that developed into a violent quarrel between their families.
The incident began when Major General Magdy Salem, Director of Minya Security, received an argument between a number of children from two families in the village, which later developed into a dispute between their families.
Initial investigations stated that one of the outskirts of the affected family gathered a number of members of his family and went to the house of the other party, where the quarrel escalated and a person was killed and a child was injured.
The body was transferred to the hospital morgue, while the injured child was transferred to receive the necessary treatment, a report of the incident was released, and the Public Prosecution is conducting investigations to uncover the circumstances of the accident.
