This morning, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, began a field tour with a number of service and development projects in Gharbia Governorate, especially in the health sector, in the context of following up the performance of the health system, and the work of developing and raising the efficiency of public hospitals, in addition to reassuring the quality and efficiency of medical services provided to citizens.

Today, the Prime Minister is accompanied by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, Major General Ashraf El -Gendy, Governor of Gharbia, Dr. Mahmoud Issa, Deputy Governor, Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sewerage, Eng.
The Prime Minister, his tour of the governorate, reiterated again the importance of the inspection tours of the various governorates, which come within the framework of the broad -term field movement, which aims to follow up the progress of work in current and implemented projects in the various sectors, to pay work in them, ensuring the speedy operation of those projects and achieving comprehensive development goals in all governorates, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
Dr. Mustafa Madbouly pointed out that a large part of the visit of the day will be devoted to following up a number of health projects implemented by the Ministry of Health and Population in the governorate in the context of working to provide the highest levels of integrated medical service to citizens, especially for those who are not able, and to facilitate the procedures for their access to these medical services, in order to achieve the state’s goal in improving the general health level of all citizens.
The Prime Minister pointed out that his tour today includes the inspection of a number of projects in the medical sector for facilities of utmost importance to the governorate, which witnesses the development and raising of efficiency and modernization of various equipment and infrastructure; With the aim of enhancing the role of these medical facilities in providing effective health service to the people of Gharbia Governorate, as well as the fact that their services extend to other neighboring governorates.
