A housing for all Egyptians includes 7 citizens of middle -income people 15 thousand housing units raised by the real estate financing system that is allocated with the precedence system of reservation, as the application and the payment of the seriousness of the reservation starts from May 21 to June 4, 2025.
Registration method
- Log in the private reservation site.
- The customer is registered on the website.
- Then print the reservation and approval form, fill its data and sign them in handwritten.
- Raise the form and acknowledge with the rest of the documents required for reservation when submitting the application for the reservation of the housing unit in PDF format with a maximum of 2 MB in one file.

The documents required to reserve housing apartments for all Egyptians 7
- A copy of the applicant’s national ID card and his wife is valid.
- A certificate by proving the annual or monthly income of the individual or family of the husband and wife if she works, provided that she is sealed, signed and dated from the employer in the date of the announcement, so that it includes net rewards, allowances, profits, and annual incentives that the individual or family gets the husband and the wife if it is doing that if any.
- Any documents related to additional income sources are additional work – agricultural properties, real estate or land – an exceptional pension or otherwise – possessing any bonds, shares, deposits, any savings vessels, savings accounts, or any securities that generate additional income, benefiting net annual or monthly income for the individual or family of the husband and wife if she is working and the palace children to be sealed, dated and accredited.
The required papers from government workers
- For workers in government agencies and the business sector, an accredited certificate must be submitted from the employer that includes all the basic data in the net annual or monthly income, provided that the period of service in the work authority is not less than 6 months.
The papers required from private sector employees
- For employees of companies and private sector companies, an accredited certificate must be submitted from the employer that includes all the basic data in net annual or monthly income and explaining the commercial registry number and the tax card for the workplace, provided that the service period in the work authority is not less than 6 months.
Free professions
- For owners of professions, free business, commercial and craft activities, the registration document must be presented to the Tax Authority for free professions, a document issued by the Egyptian Tax Authority, and it proves that the applicant has registered himself in the tax system of the profession that he is practicing.
- In addition to a certificate from an accredited legal accountant showing the annual or monthly income, explaining the applicant’s profession, and a copy of the commercial registry or the tax card of professionals and commercial and craft activities, provided that the period of work is not less than 12 months.
The required papers of widows and divorced women
With regard to widows, divorced women and pensioners, it must be:
- Provide a printer approved by pension data for insurance for the widow and pensioners, if any.
- A copy of the alimony document obtained by the divorced woman.
- Pictures of official certificates proven for the social status and the number of family members, which are as follows: the marriage, divorce or death document – the birth certificates of the children, the palace, a mechanized national number – a family registration that is mechanized for the owner of the request except: single, divorced, widow, and receipt of modern facilities for the current housing store, electricity, gas or water.
A document stating the submission withdrawal previously
- All applicants, whatever their social or job condition, must in the event that one of the social housing projects preceded without allocating and benefiting the necessity of submitting a document stating the withdrawal of the provider of the seriousness of the seizure in the previous announcement.
Check the documents
The need to ensure the accuracy of the liberated data form the reservation form and the registered data by establishing a request to obtain a housing unit on the website, and in the event of any conflict or contradiction between the liberated and registered data, the data is dealt with and the data released with the reservation form of the signed housing unit, knowing that it will not be accustomed to any of the liberated or recorded data unless there is a document indicating this.

The first step: It is the registration phase from May 21, 2025 to June 4, 2025, during which the applicant’s data is registered on the housing unit and the required documents and papers.
The second step: It is the stage of reservation of the housing unit, where all the applicants who meet the conditions apply to the date of the reservation period, according to the governorate and the city that were registered on the site during the registration period, and the information codified in the reservation form attached to the available brochure on the site by sending text messages or official press data issued by the fund.
The date for the announcement of its results
- Advanced customer requests will be sorted and the applicable and non -applicable conditions will be determined.
- Another period will be available to receive grievance requests from citizens who are not conditions.
- After specifying the position of all customers, a period of up to ten days will be available during which the customer who applies to the conditions will be entered on a website – dedicated to this matter – to choose a specific housing unit.
- Text messages will be sent to customers who apply to the conditions for which the website of the reservation and reservation dates for each city will be sent.
