The North Korean Central News Agency said Thursday that a “serious” accident occurred during the launching ceremony of a new warship.
The agency stated that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, who witnessed the failure of the launch of 5,000 tons of destroyers, criticized the incident and described it as “a criminal act caused by neglect that could not be forgiven.”
The agency quoted Kim as saying that the “irresponsible mistakes” committed by the guilty officials “will be addressed at the full meeting of the party’s central committee, which will be held next month.
According to the source, the accident was caused by “lack of leadership experience and operational neglect” during the inauguration of the fool, causing some parts of its parts, and confirmed that the accident “destroyed the war of the war.”
The North Korean Agency did not specify the name of the destroyer that was subjected to the accident.
Last April, North Korea revealed a new marine destroyer with a weight of 5,000 tons called Choi Hyun and is likely to be equipped with tactical nuclear missiles, which enhances the country’s nuclear ambitions by air by air and sea.
