The Shubra Al -Khaimah Criminal Court, the seventh district, sentenced 5 years imprisonment for two workers to possess narcotic substances with the intention of abuse, in the second department department, crossing in Qalyubia Governorate.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Hani Fathi Abbas Mutawa, membership of Counselors Ahmed Shehata Hilal, Majed Hosni Fawzi, Muhammad Saad Eddin Mohamed, and Municipality of Maher Al -Shubri.
The Public Prosecution referred the accused: “Muhammad A.A.” 34 years old – a worker – resident of Al -Nahda – Al -Salam Thani Cairo, and “Anton A.A.” – 16 years old worker – resident of the first neighborhood transit – Qaliubiya Governorate, in case No. 5034 of 2024, a second section of Al -Obour, and the number 4317 for the year 2024, south of Benha, because they are on 10/23/2024, in the second department department. If the second defendant is a child who is more than fifteen years old and does not exceed eighteen.
The referral order confirmed that the defendants had two substances of narcotic (hashmagmamfatamine, one of the derivatives of the vintage Amin), and that was with the intention of dealing with no legally authorized conditions.
