The Minister of Finance and National Economy, Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, issued a decision to determine the fees for submitting review requests and tax objections for multinational project tax.
In the first article of the decision to determine the fees for submitting review requests and fees for submitting the tax objections submitted in accordance with the rulers of Decree Law No. 11 of 2024 regarding the regulation of the tax on multinational projects, by imposing a fee of 50 dinars to submit a review request to the National Agency for Revenue for the Decision or one procedure.
The fee is 100 dinars to submit an objection to the tax objections committee for the decision or one procedure.
In the event that the decisions or procedures are subject to the application for review or objection within the request of one review or objection, the prescribed fee is calculated for each decision or procedure separately.
The National Revenue Agency shall collect these fees according to the prescribed financial procedures.
