British police said that 27 people were injured in the stampede in Liverpool, and were taken to hospital, including two in serious condition, in addition to 20 people who received medical treatment at the scene.

The police stated that among the injured who were transferred to the hospital is four children, it is likely that she believed this was a “individual incident that has nothing to do with terrorism”, and that no search for other suspects is being held.
Police announced that they had arrested “a 53 -year -old British man from Liverpool,” and believed that he was the driver of the car that shocked a large group of fans who were celebrating in the city in northwestern England, according to Reuters.
