Sharjah: “The Gulf” called on the Sharjah Charitable Society and the People of Goodness to support the Hajj Facilitation Project, which enables those who are unable to the segment of the needy families to perform the Hajj pilgrimage from within the state who have permits and were unable to fulfill the cost and expenses of the trip. Abdullah Sultan bin Khadem, Executive Director, said that the project targets those who have never performed the obligatory and have the official statement, but they are unable to bear the expenses and this group deserves to stand with it and support it to reach one of the most important pillars of Islam and called on the audience of donors to have a role in delivering these to the Sacred House of God. Bin Khadem explained that the cost of one pilgrim is 20 thousand dirhams, and we aim to collect 1.7 million dirhams
