American transport trucks transport standard amounts of auto parts, home appliances and sports shoes after their customers stored before the customs duties imposed by President Donald Trump, but the slowdown in the industry is waving on the horizon with the start of these new fees in stifling economic activity.

The talks on customs tariffs and changing trade policy led to a more cautious tone between the shipping companies, which led to the cessation of momentum in the market, according to Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings.
The wealth of truck drivers in the United States is important because it affects almost every sectors of the American economy, and it is among the first sectors to record changes in commercial activity.
In January, the American Truck Transport Association expected a growth in the size of the sector by 1.6% in 2025.
