The Counselor, Muhammad Al -Husseini, the Attorney General of the Central Damanhour Prosecution Office, decided to refer the accused to the Damanhour Criminal Court, on charges of assaulting the child Yassin M.A., 5 years old, as shown in the case papers, and accordingly the accused committed the felony punishable by Article 2.1 / 281 of the Penal Code.
After reviewing Article 214/2 of the law amending the law amended by Law 170 of 1981, the case was referred to the Damanhour Criminal Court of the Alexandria Court of Appeal to punish the accused in accordance with the referral order issued on March 2, 2025, with the journalist of the criminal status of the accused, and his announcement of the referral order.
