Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qaliubiya, inspected the vegetable and fruit markets in the city of Al -Khusous, in the presence of Representative Hassan Omar, a member of the House of Representatives, Major General Ihab Hassan Siraj Al -Din, Secretary -General, and Major General Mohamed Abdel Jalil, President of Al -Khosous City.
During the tour, the “governor” discussed the sellers on the market, stressing the lack of mutual prices.
He also met with some citizens who are hesitant on the markets, their question about prices and the availability of their requirements, demanding the importance of the presence of censorship on all goods, especially the strategy.

In the same context, the “governor” stressed the need to improve the level of public hygiene and raise occupations and waste within the markets first -hand, as well as obligating all sellers not to disrupt the movement of citizens inside the market, achieving justice among all sellers and preserving the civilized appearance, pointing out that the state with all its apparatus is keen to provide food commodities for citizens at appropriate prices and quality, in implementation of the directives of political leadership The Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Local Development in this regard, with the continuous follow -up of the availability of strategic and food commodities, the quality and safety of the supply of them, and the confrontation of monopolistic practices, because the citizen does not bear any additional burdens.
At the end of his tour, the “Governor of Qaliubiya” directed the intensification of continuous inspection campaigns and the field follow -up to tighten control of the markets and sales outlets, in addition to the need to ensure the presence of price lists and bills of commodities offered and made them available to citizens of the prices set without exaggeration, stressing not to compromise in taking deterrent legal measures regarding any violations that are monitored.
