The wave 25 .. Removing 88 cases of transgression on agricultural lands and state property lands in Minya
The report, which was presented to the governor, explained that the removals included a state of construction on state property lands, and 84 cases of infringement on private agricultural lands, in addition to 3 cases of construction in violation without a license within the urban space, in coordination with the security and executive authorities and states, in accordance with the timeline set to ensure the removal of encroachments and land recovery.
Major General Kadwani affirmed the continuation of coordination between the executive agencies from the states and local units and the concerned authorities, to prevent all forms of encroachments on the lands of the state and agricultural lands and remove them in the cradle, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership, stressing the monitoring of any illegal spatial variables or cases of new essential and immediate dealing with them, and addressing the violating construction, directing specialists in the protection of lands and heads of local units Not to allow any failure or negligence in this file in order to achieve the public interest.
It is noteworthy that the wave 25 to remove encroachments on agricultural lands and state property is implemented in 3 stages, as the first stage started on February 8 and lasted until 28 of the same month, as the second stage started from 8 to 28 March last, and concludes with the third stage from 5 to 25 April.
