US Secretary of Homeland Security, Christie Naim, confirmed that she was stolen during dinner, on Sunday evening, inside a restaurant in the center of Washington, DC, according to the American CNN network.
According to a security source for the network, the “Secret Service” responsible for protecting it reviewed the footage of the surveillance cameras, and it was found that an unidentified man was wearing a medical muzzle, stealing the minister’s bag and left the restaurant.
According to the security source, the thief seized important personal contents from the bag, including the driving identity card, medicines, the keys to her apartment, passport, entry card, internal security, makeup bag, empty check books, and about 3 thousand dollars in cash.
The Secret Service has opened an investigation to track any financial activity in which the thief may use tools or information from the minister’s property.
