The President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmed Al -Shara, received an official invitation from the Iraqi Prime Minister to participate in the work of the Arab Summit scheduled to be held in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad next month.
This came during the President’s reception today for the Special Envoy of the Iraqi Prime Minister, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Ahmed Fakak Al -Badrani, who conveyed the greetings of the Iraqi leadership and its wishes to Syria and its people with more stability and progress.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields, in addition to the importance of Arab coordination to face the current challenges, in a way that contributes to supporting joint Arab action and serving the nation’s issues.
