The Standing Committee for Tennis Sports at the Ministry of Interior held its coordination meeting, headed by Sheikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Khalifa, at the headquarters of the Public Security Officers Club.
The meeting dealt with discussing a number of topics, which included initiatives and proposals aimed at developing tennis sport within the security sports system, in a way that enhances the level of sports performance for employees of the Ministry of Interior, and supports the efforts of the Sports Federation for Public Security in achieving the desired goals in the sports field.
During the meeting, the most prominent challenges and ways to advance the level of internal and external participations were reviewed, through development and training programs based on best practices, reflecting the interest that the Ministry of Interior attaches, led by the first team, Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to activate sports activities and enhance its role in supporting physical fitness and enhancing morale.
During the meeting, the chairman of the committee stressed the importance of continuing to implement the approved plans and working in the spirit of one team to achieve the goals set, praising the cooperation of the members of the committee and their continuous efforts to upgrade tennis in the Ministry of Interior.
