Bahjat Al -Ubaidi, founder of the International Federation of the Egyptian Citizen Abroad, said that he received with great appreciation and gratitude a quick and honorable response from the Ambassador Dr. Nabil Al -Habashi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Head of the Immigration Sector at the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, regarding the humanitarian contact he submitted to demand the end of the procedures for the return of the bodies of the Egyptian citizen, Al -Hadi Ahmed Abdel Rahim Shalaby and his son Mohamed, who died during their work.
Al -Ubaidi pointed out that Ambassador Nabil Al -Habashi continued with him with a voice message in which he affirmed that work will be done with full force to end the administrative and consulate procedures related to the return of the two bodies, which has already been done in record time, which reflects high -end humanity and a high national sense towards the people of Egypt abroad.
He added: I touched myself the sincerity of the Egyptian official orientation in dealing with the issues of Egyptians abroad, and fully keen on state institutions, led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to take care of its children wherever they are, and this is what enhances confidence and pride in our affiliation with this great country.
Al -Ubaidi appreciated the efforts made by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, praising the prominent role of Ambassador Badr Abdel -Ati, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in consolidating the approach to embrace Egyptians abroad, and ensuring the speed of intervention in humanitarian crises, stressing that the ministry has proven that it is the voice of the Egyptians everywhere.
Al -Ubaidi also thanked President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic, for his permanent directives and his great interest in Egyptians abroad, stressing that this position is not new to a president who believes in the unity of the people and the dignity of the Egyptian citizen.
The founder of the International Federation of the Egyptian Citizen abroad praised the great role of the Egyptian consulate in Libya, which ended the necessary measures to return the two bodies quickly and easily, expressing his gratitude to all those who contributed to this noble human move that eased the pain of a bereaved family that lost two of its dearest children.
