The Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Barah Al -Ruthaj” d. Maher Al -Shaer, that the “Ras Hayyan Village” project is expected to be completed within 3 years, as it will be implemented in two phases to facilitate the gradual delivery process.
He explained that the first stage will start with the infrastructure work, which will allow a number of families to gradually move to the housing, indicating that the period of implementation of the infrastructure is 16 months defined, but there are efforts to reduce this period to one year in coordination with the relevant authorities. He added that the project is working with a major contractor alongside two sub -contractors, to ensure the speed and efficiency of achievement.
He pointed out that the project will include integrated service units that meet the needs of all age groups, and excel in their quality and services over other residential projects in Bahrain, which achieves the self -sufficiency of the village residents. He pointed out that all the roads leading to the project will be ready and complete when the construction and delivery work is completed, which contributes to facilitating the movement of the population and ensuring a distinct residential experience.
