The books of management science define leadership as “the ability to influence”, and the leader is not only a change in the behavior and ideas of others, but also inspires them and motivates them to believe in themselves and their capabilities to develop themselves.
Likewise, the leadership is unlimited in a field, as it is concerned with anyone who can bring about this change in his limited environment such as family and friends, or wide such as departments and governments, and the most spacious and widespread as media institutions, in short the leader is the “influencer”.
The first influencer in the lives of children is the parents through direct and indirect education, for they are the one who raises the child, and they are doing him to select the paths of his life, so we find the educators warn and take care of the choice of their words and behaviors; Because they are role models and leaders.
Today, we find the greatest influence on all societies that comes from the media, because it is no longer a newspaper or television, but rather to reach the hands of our children even the infants from them, through the songs and cartoon that broadcast from mobile phones in the hands of the parents.
A video clip circulating on the media shocked me for a couple who made a childish dancer from those called “Trend”, and it is remarkable that their appearance appears to be disciplined and their age is a boat of fifty years, and it is funny that one of the comments that were received on the video: “Where are their children until they refer them to them?
The media is currently an influential force in the world that exceeded all powers, and all levels, starting with policies and governments, through consumer materials, entered our homes to dictate to us the management of our lives and form our culture and raise our children.
The media is not something based on the unknown, as it is huge institutions that are controlled by policies, heads of money, minds and experts, and there are two types of flags; The demonic media, which seeks to acquire our financial resources, our minds, our culture, and our religion, and the other type is the good media, but unfortunately it is less powerful and widespread that works as the previous one, and it is called the moral media, then our role comes to choose and select the appropriate for us and our children, and who are within the scope of our influence, we are both leaders and our leadership has an ethical, not an ethical.
