The Egyptian Al -Waqaqa newspaper published in Issue No. 93 issued on April 27, 2025, the decision of Counselor Adnan Fagri, Minister of Justice, No. 1522, 2013 of 2025, regarding the granting of 31 workers in the quarry project and improving internal roads, the status of judicial seizure officers.
The Ministry of Justice grants 31 workers in the road improvement project
The text of the preliminary decision of the counselor’s decision, Adnan Fangari, which carried No. 1522 of 2025: Some workers in the quarrel and improve the internal roads in Cairo Governorate are authorized the status of judicial seizure officers, in implementation of the provision of Article 23 of the Criminal Procedure Law, and on Law No. 198 of 2014 to issue the Law of Mineral Resources, and on the Minister of Justice Resolution No. 6472 of 2021 issued on 10/10/2021, and on the book of Dr. Dr. Governor of Cairo No. 3498 dated 2/18/2025
The text of the first article of the counselor’s decision, Adnan Fagri, stated: Workers in the quarry project and improving the internal roads in Cairo Governorate, which number 31 workers, each in its jurisdiction – the status of judicial seizure officers, in implementation of the text of Article 23 of the Criminal Procedure Law, in relation to crimes that violate the provisions of Law No. 198 of 2014 to issue a law to facilitate procedures for granting licenses of industrial establishments.
The second article also stipulates that Resolution No. 6472 of 2018 issued on 10/10/2021 is canceled by transferring some workers at the General Authority for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Trade and Industry
Article 4 stipulates: This decision is published in the Egyptian facts at the expense of the authority, a decision -maker, and he shall work on it from the day following the date of its publication
The text of the second decision, which carried No. 2013 of 2025, came: Some workers in the quarry project and improve the internal roads in Cairo Governorate authorize the status of judicial seizure officers, in implementation of the text of Article 23 of the Criminal Procedure Law, and on Law No. 198 of 2014 to issue the Law of Mineral Resources, and to the Minister of Justice Resolution No. 1522 of 2025 issued on 26/2/2025, and on the book of Dr. Governor of Cairo No. 3498 of 2/20/2025
The text of the first article stated: The workers in the quarry project and the improvement of internal roads in Cairo Governorate are 31 workers, each in its jurisdiction – the status of judicial seizure officers, in implementation of the text of Article 23 of the Criminal Procedure Law, in relation to crimes that occur in violation of the provisions of Law No. 198 of 2014 to issue a mineral wealth law
The second article also provides the status of the judicial seizure officers applied under the first article of the decision to be until February 28, 2027, the date of the end of the ministerial decision in the same regard No. 1522 of 2025 issued on February 26, 2025
Article Three stipulates: This decision shall be published in the Egyptian facts at the expense of the authority, a decision -maker, and he shall work with it from the day following the date of its publication
