The Ministry of Health has announced the opening of electronic registration to participate in the “Bahrain Medical Labs Symposium”, which will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the Diplomat Hotel, in coordination with government hospitals, primary health care centers, and royal medical services, and in cooperation with the company “Dyoukine Plus”.
On this occasion, Professor Amjad Ghanem Zayed, Head of Public Health Laboratories at the Ministry of Health and Head of Bahrain’s Medical Laboratory Symposium, confirmed that organizing this scientific event comes within the Ministry’s efforts to enhance the quality of laboratory services, which reflects positively at the level of health care in the Kingdom of Bahrain, noting that the symposium constitutes an advanced platform to review the latest developments and technologies in this field, and reflects the progress in the national health sector.
The Organizing Committee of the Bahrain Medical Laboratory Symposium called on all medical and technical cadres, students of health specialties, and those interested in the field of laboratories, to register and participate in this symposium through the following link: https://educationplus.me/lab-symposium/.
The symposium program includes a series of scientific papers and discussions presented by a group of consultants and experts from the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, and deals with multiple axes that include: rapid diagnostic tests, biochemistry applications in medicine and technology, antibiotic -resistant microbes, artificial intelligence uses in clinical laboratories, strategic planning for risk management and disasters.
