Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, went to visit a number of central business areas projects, with the aim of seeing the best management, operation, maintenance and marketing systems, in preparation for the start of the central business area towers in the new administrative capital, accompanied by a number of ministry officials, and the Chinese CSCEC group implementing these projects.
Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny stressed that the aim of the visit is to see the latest management, operation and maintenance systems, as well as marketing, to benefit from this experience in our projects in Egypt, stressing the importance of the management, operation and maintenance work for the central business area project in the new administrative capital on a global level, to preserve this large project, and its investments and assets, and maximizing the returns from it.
It is worth noting that the main projects implemented by the Chinese company CSCEC in Egypt, for the benefit of the Ministry of Housing: the central business area project in the new administrative capital, and the central region project in the new city of El Alamein.
