The Minister of Awqaf directs the development of the Nursing Institute of the Supporter Hospital

Today, Dr. Osama Al -Azhari, Minister of Awqaf, inspected the Technical Institute of Nursing of the preachers of the Diphone of Olive in Cairo, on a visit that reflects the ministry’s keenness to follow up on educational and training performance in its institutions, and to enhance the health care system and technical education together.

During his tour, the minister inspected the classrooms, training laboratories and technical equipment, and listened to the students and discussed them in the nature of the study and their needs, encouraging them to persevere and diligence, stressing that the nursing profession represents one of the highest human messages, and that whoever chooses it takes the path of mercy and giving.

The Minister issued his directive to the Assistant Minister for Engineering Affairs, Director of the Supporter Hospital, Dean of the Institute and their assistant team, to quickly provide a comprehensive vision of the institute’s development that includes educational, administrative and technical aspects, with the need to provide all means that guarantee improving performance, and providing a distinguished educational experience that brings out nursing cadres with efficiency, discipline and humanity.

Dr. Osama Al -Azhari instructed the institute’s administration to attract high academic competencies to enrich the educational and training process, organize periodic meetings with preachers to provide psychological and spiritual support to female students, consolidate moral values ​​and the honor of the profession, reflecting an honorable image of the educated and conscious Egyptian women.

The Minister directed to organize lectures for the institute’s students received by a group of the highest -efficient preachers, with the aim of promoting moral construction, affirming the status of women, linking scientific aspects to legal principles, and communicating the message of the lofty nursing profession.

The Minister praised the level of discipline that he touched during the tour, considering that the institute reflects an honorable face of the Ministry of Awqaf in the field of health technical education, noting that nursing is not just academic specialization but rather an ethical message that contributes to building society.

He also praised the sincere efforts made by the institute’s staff from a faculty, management and administrative staff, praising their dedication to the service of female students and providing an integrated educational environment, despite the challenges, stressing that the spirit of sincerity that he touched is proud and hope.

The minister stressed that the ministry pays special attention to this institute, not only for his contribution to supporting the health system, but also because it also represents a golden opportunity to teach girls and enable them to provide high -end nursing services to society in all its categories, adding that the nursing profession is considered one of the pillars of societal construction, and that its support is a national, humanitarian and moral duty.

On the other hand, the Minister of Awqaf directed to empty the floor designated for part of the Ministry’s archive, collect all sections of the Ministry’s archive from its various headquarters, and to establish a central archive of the Ministry in one of the supplies of mosques that is suitable for this purpose with the provision of a team of documents and libraries experts to coordinate the archive and coordinate it and facilitate access to any document in it, in preparation for the launch of the documentation project and documents, including It guarantees the preservation of institutional memory and the development of administrative work in line with the times.
