Major General Arkan Harb, Atef Abdel Raouf Mahmoud, Director of the Military Academy for Graduate and Strategic Studies, signed a cooperation protocol with Dr. Mustafa Refaat Ahmed, Secretary -General of the Supreme Council of Universities, in the context of the armed forces ’keenness to exchange scientific experiences and support research activities with all civil authorities.
The protocol aims to use the expertise of the Military Academy for Graduate and Strategic Studies in many topics, especially strategic studies and national security, and to confront crises through holding seminars, lectures and conferences by an elite group of experts in the academy, in addition to exchanging experiences in various fields of cognitive and scientific research, and providing the contents of scientific libraries for students in various topics that are of interest to researchers from both sides.
The signing of the protocol was attended by a number of leaders of the armed forces and a number of officials of the Supreme Council of Universities.
