Lawyer Zainab Modon indicated that the court referred the lawsuit to the committee concerned with the text of Article Seven of Decree Law No. 26 of 2000 regarding the regulation of procedures for the acquisition of names and titles and its amendments, where the committee deposited its report in which it ended in the recommendation of the plaintiff’s answer to his request because the fixed passenger is that he was born in Manama on 12-31-1959.
The court said in the reasons for the ruling that, based on what was presented and established on it, and when the plaintiff filed his oblique lawsuit in order to eliminate him to compel the defendant to issue a birth certificate for him because he was born on 12/31/1959 in the Manama region, and obliging it to register this in its official records, and the court had referred the lawsuit to the committee stipulated in Article (7) of Decree Law No. (6) of the year 2000 referred to, and the committee had previously She concluded that the plaintiff was answered to issue a birth certificate for him, and since the court reassures what the committee ended in its recommendation, and takes its report on his reasons, and requires the plaintiff to answer his requests.
