Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support, denied the news circulating in some social media sites that the fund launched housing units with the Al -Tamlori rental system as part of a housing initiative for all Egyptians for low -income citizens.
Mai Abdel Hamid said, in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that this news is absolutely incorrect, and that the fund did not offered any advertisements with this automatic rental system, stressing that the focus of the fund is currently focusing on the delivery of housing units that were presented with previous ads to the beneficiaries and then the latest ads announced for a limited and middle -income group ..

Mai Abdel Hamid stressed that the launch of any new ads will be officially available through the digital platforms of the fund on social media, led by the official page of the fund on Facebook.
The CEO of the Fund warned citizens not to drive behind these fake ads and suspicious pages aimed at manipulating them.
Some pages of social networking sites Facebook circulated during the recent period the intention of the housing fund to launch housing units with the automatic rental system, and those pages demanded their followers to join groups for those wishing to obtain them.
